Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PhoSolutions LLC's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, effective as of January 24, 2024.

2. Services

PhoSolutions LLC provides marketing and consulting services as outlined in individual service agreements. Specific deliverables and terms will be detailed in separate statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and deliverables created by PhoSolutions LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and ownership transfer is explicitly stated in writing.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and require signed NDAs for all engagements. Client data is protected according to industry best practices.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are net 30 unless otherwise specified. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Detailed payment schedules will be outlined in service agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

PhoSolutions LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for consequential damages.
